    Pros

    Work from home. Good training and helpful supervisors and team members.

    Cons

    Getting yelled at for at least 8 hours by cx's who are upset & most of the time upset that they don't know how yo work their own gadgets & their issue is not related to connectivity at all. Calls 100 deep in the queue and you don't get a second to breathe after difusing a situation and saving a customer for the client.

    Advice to Management

    Higher pay for the abuse RSTs get from cx.
