    I have been working at SureSource full-time (more than a year)


    It is nice to see the results of your work on behalf of your clients.


    Management works from old outdated model of serving as a fulfillment house. Not enough people talent to cover all the largest accounts, so the few good people there are end up being spread too thinly across too many client accounts to do a good job. Talented people leave in frustration, easily finding better paying jobs elsewhere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Invest in your best people. Your best people will retain your best clients and build your business. Distribute key accounts with more thought and care to preserve the relationship for the long term. CEO is a good person, but business expanding in ways that puts him out of his element. His operations person does not embrace change, which prevents the company from adapting to its new market.
