Could be a good place for a career start. After a few years of unsuccessful hiring campaign their bar is really low so if you can demonstrate somewhat average skills in one or two areas you're going to be hired.

New management that came onboard circa 2013 didn't care much about anything but preparing company to be sold to Panduit. In 2013-2014 they've lost nearly all core software and QA engineers (yeah, smart ppl figured it's not a place to stay) thus if you're going there be prepared that all hell will come upon you. Directors and managers outnumber engineers almost 3-to-1; poor management, process falling in a flat spin and nobody but few guys give a heck. You're going to work mostly on your own but the expectations you will have to meet are going to be ridiculous. Oh, and no free snacks and cozy atmosphere anymore; it's all been gone years ago.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Healthy company is about people, not your ego, ambitions and dog fights. Care more about what your employees needs are and they will pay back... nah, anyway it's too late for you to change anything.
