I worked at Synarbor full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There are no pro's to working for Supply Desk when compared to the numerous other agencies in the education market place.

    Cons

There is very little professionalism through out the company. During my 2 years with Supply Desk there was a culture of uncertainty and pressure to every aspect of the business.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat staff like human beings, don't change targets, keep your promises, don't change the company policies and charge rates on a whim. Know your market place
