    Pros

The variety of work is great. It is challenging and interesting work, and it can be satisfying when a project is successful. There are a lot of great people at the company and teamwork is usually very good.

The time-off policy and pay is good.

    Cons

Health insurance is more expensive than a lot of other companies. 401k match isn't very good. Training is actually considered a waste by the owner, so there is no training assistance, no help in gaining certifications, and very limited internal training on general skill development.

The owner controls every key decision, and unfortunately he does not seem to listen to advice. On the positive side he does change his mind when things fall apart. As a result, change happens constantly, but it has not led to lasting improvement.

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
