I worked at Synygy full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Some of the people are really fun.
    Decent cafeteria food.
    Winter parties are nice.

    Cons

Synygy has way too many failed implementations and displeased clients.

Top management has been bringing this company down for a long time by promoting poor performance, bad behavior and chasing clients away. There is a constant expectation to carry slower team members, relatives or friends of management and many employees take advantage of this under the guise of "teamwork".

Inexperienced leadership, easily threatened by anyone with more knowledge or skills.
There seems to be a constant lack of money and no investments are made into technology, trainings or laptops.

    Inconsistent and ever-changing strategies.
Most of their talent has already left.

Meager technology, it’s surprising they still have clients

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Top management seems more concerned with their personal agenda than clients or innovation.

SPM has become a highly competitive market and Synygy is not looking great.

Wipe most of your management off, bring in qualified people and start fresh.
