    I worked at SysInformation full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Some of the staff is great to work with and can be a happy environment at times

    Cons

    The company states one thing but it does not apply to everyone or will take back what was promised and wiggle out it. Terrible pay - very low according to the salary average for the position and does not follow thru with any raises promised. No opportunity for growth in the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Set a policy from the beginning and do not not state to staff or potential staff without having a committment to follow thru. Company is growing but not creating a foundation of taking care of thier staff in many ways and never standing by thier word written or not. If you take care of your staff they will make every effort to take care of you. It just does not happen here. Compensation and bonus is ridiculous for the responsibility of the staff. No opportunity for growth within the company at all.
