    I worked at Systech International full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Lots of travel to earn frequent flyer miles and points. Team members are great. Pay is equal to average for industry.

    Cons

    Terrible Company Culture. Employees treated as expendable. Poor messaging around product line. Zero marketing support. Senior leadership feels that selling cycle is short when realistically sale is much longer in a highly regulated industry. Unrealistic expectations are set without consulting employees. Overpriced product for the market with management unwilling to bend or think out of the box with a go-to market strategy. Minimal tools offered to help sell.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Create a better product price point. Use a modular approach. Stop selling just as serialization and more around a controls solution.
