I worked at T.E.A.M. Security full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The people seemed nice upon first impression until you were hired. After hired it seemed I was stuck up front with very little guidance, the pro is that the hours were pretty good when it was not a "blackout" day. Great job if you are 18-20 years old and single.

    Cons

ALL employees must work "blackout days" or else your fired. Nobody ever answers the phone I have been trying to get my last check for weeks now. The initial job posting said the job paid $14/hr which was in my pay range but when I questioned this in the interview I was told $9/hr.. The posting also mentioned benefits however it did not mention that you had to be salary to receive otherwise I would not have applied. I felt lied to once I was offered the job. I accepted the job because I needed something right away and on my first day was asked to sign all kinds of paperwork stating that you would be fired if you did not work a "blackout" day. Was told my first day would be a half day and was asked to stay till close under the pretense that I would be trained by the other girl there who did nothing but text on her phone. Another woman who was training to be a nurse and was also an HR/billing person was there as well and she just had a sour attitude. Was told by the other girl that she was having a good day too.. Did not want to waste anymore of my time and was very thankful that another BETTER opportunity got back with and hired me the following Monday. I only lasted 1 day and was thankful to get out. NO work/life balance at all most days 10am-6pm but some days 5pm-1am.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

BE HONEST! Do not put wages in your job posting that you are unwilling or unable to pay. Same goes for benefits. Also take responsibility and call the applicants that did not get the job yourself instead of having the person who beat them out call, its just disrespectful.
