    Pros

    Workout facility onsite.
    Great health insurance.
Can make a few good friends.
    Paid training.
    Discount on phone plan.

    Cons

Don't offer sick days - takes from your PTO.
    Management doesn't care about you.
Too many metrics to meet that contradict each other.
Poor company choices = mad customers = screaming at you.
    Loud work environment.
Shift change every 6 months to prevent you from having another job.
Coach/Senior listens to you on calls without warning.
    Sales expectations are ridiculous.
Your manager will openly embarrass you, on purpose.

    Advice to Management

Actually care for your employees, not just yourself. Management only cares about their stats (that are influenced by our stats since we're on a team) for realignment, thus causing them to treat us unfairly, choose favorites, and say degrading things to customers.
