    Pros

The pay is competitive. Verizon and ATT probably pay more but T-Mobile is up there. You have a lot of control in your store. Who you hire and what direction you want to go in. You have the typical constraints of a retail job such as labor hours, retail hours, sales pressure. I left T-Mobile and worked at another job to realize a lot of other companies technology is out of date. Trust when you have to hire and fire, pull reports etc quickly it makes a difference.

    Cons

Goals and expectations change all the time. Wireless industry moves fast so it can be hard to keep up. Pressure can get to you too. Managing teams can be difficult as well.

    Advice to Management

    Pay longer tenure employees better.
