    I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (more than an year)


    Great sales, customer service, and management experience. There is a lot to learn about the industry and can be used elsewhere.


    Most of the sales trainings are done by the book and don't seem very personal. It's nearly impossible to recreate the same type of sales conversation in a training meeting than in real life.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Focus less on the numbers and more on the customer experience. Who care what the numbers look like at the end of the day if our customers hate us?
