    I worked at T-Mobile part-time (more than a year)

They pay great for starters and offer awesome incentives such as stocks, pto and commission is amazing. You also receive a discount on your monthly phone bill.

Direction of management is lackluster and sways every single month. None of my managers were well-educated and there was no consistency. Every day there was something new to be addressed to you, but in a negative way

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want your employees to work stronger, better and efficiently, try the approach where you care for them. Don't use fear and "write-ups" as motivation. That doesn't do anything except increase the attrition rate. Utilize your employees and their knowledge, because after all, only the reps are the ones who really deal with customers. Managers try to stay away.
