    Pros

    Very supportive environment with incredible benefits. Stressful job, but they make it as stress free as possible.

    Cons

    I can see why some people don't like having nearly everything you do quantified and displayed for others on site to see. I for one like this, but I can understand why it could scare or upset some people.
