    Wants to genuinely help customers and employees alike. The higher-ups want people to advance their careers and there are many opportunities and training paths to do that.

    Cons

    Rigorous holiday hours that start in October and end in January. Vacation time goes mostly unused due to business needs but accrues rapidly.
