The initiatives and values espoused by management do not align with the "Uncarrier" values presented to consumers. Culture and work environment vary greatly based on store management and overall management of the market you work in.
Advice to Management
The retail store environment at Tmobile needs more balance between emphasizing sales and emphasizing customer service. Right now it is too far skewed towards sales with very little incentive to provide customer service, even though it is an expected role with graded metrics. Tmobile needs to begin to provide higher base pay to store associates because not every door swing is a sale, often times it is a customer service related issue/inquiry.
