Great, supportive culture for the most part. Awesome Service discount. Many opportunities to promote from within. Bonus structure is very well balanced.
Somewhat unclear objectives at times. One week's program focus could be completely overhauled without much warning and management teams are unable to relay said changes effectively at times.
Advice to Management
There is, at times, too much focus on negative feedback from management. Not just for me, but a team will only discuss shortcomings and how said failures are affecting rankings. It is my opinion that positive reinforcement is a much more valuable tool.
