I have been working at TBC full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Steady work, good place to learn about fixing cars. Pay is okay, store management listens to what you have to say

    Cons

Lack of pay raises, if the company has a super sale you have to put your personal plans on hold to fit the companies needs which I think is a load of b.s. lack of communication between the higher ups and employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't interfere with your employees personal life by forcing them to work when you have a "super sale" and give out some pay raises.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
