Former Employee - Line Work in Louisville, KY

I worked at TCG full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The work does not require a lot of knowledge (for Line work). In my experience the other workers in the warehouse were friendly and helpful when they could be; though that could be limited due to expected productivity and limited time.

    Cons

The pay was minimal and conditions were poor. Line work is done for low pay disassembling electronics in a warehouse with little to no air circulation, and no AC. Breaks were minimal and there was very little in the way of employee benefits. Most employees openly expressed a lack of feeling job security, and felt they were considered little value to the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take the working conditions for employees into consideration.
