    I worked at TE Connectivity

Solid engineering group, above average productivity tools, reports so forth. High caliber of individuals. Pay / Benefits are fair but no better than others in the same industry

Lacking long term vision, would rather make a buck today. Many mid level managers lack management experience nor do they know how to manage. Too many old fashioned tactics such as 'put on probabtion' , "fire somebody to get the teams attention..."

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a longer term view of the business. Do not sour customer relationships by trying to make the quick buck. The path of least resistance isn't always the right one.
