Former Employee - Customer Services Representative in Las Vegas, NV

I worked at TELUS full-time for less than a year

    Pros

24 Hour Place, so alot of flexibility Schedule Wise.
Point system that allows for a lot of days off.

    Cons

Cares little about customer satisfaction when it comes to technical support for their divisions.
Promotions are about brown nosing and friends as opposed to qualifications.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want to actually achieve Customer Satisfaction, stop focusing on trying to shrug them off with pre-made emails that don't actually solve technical issues.
