    Pay is decent but not great. During the time I was there you could work from home on day a week after being with the company 90 days.The CRMs are a great bunch of individuals.


    Benefits are so so. Leadership at the Director level on the CRM side is verging on micro management. There is virtually no on-boarding/training. The CRMs are all overworked already and they are being told that that they have to 'sell' more, problem is the products that are available are so out of date. Taking initiative is frowned upon and gets one into to trouble. The work atmosphere is miserable and it is killing the morale and the staff are ready to walk.
