    I have been working at TIAA-CREF full-time (more than 3 years)


    - coworkers
    - benefits
    - don't have to take job home with you


    - top management does not care about front line workers
    - horrible bonus structure
    - low pay
    - slow systems
    - back office is terrible
    - company politics like any other big company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The company has changed for the worse over the last 3 years. Director in charge is turning the call center into other companies she has worked with, not a good thing. Change bonus structure and reward hard work
