I have been working at TIAA-CREF full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

The Charlotte campus is aesthetically landscaped and inviting. In addition, the campus has an on-site cafeteria with a wide range of cuisine and a cafe.

    Cons

The company has campaigned heavily to instill a culture towards integrity, accountability, compliance, and most importantly, to place the client as the highest priority. Career opportunities are limited and there is no work life balance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management tends to reshuffle the same mindsets during their reorganizations, and it is counterproductive to the campaign to change the culture. Culture values to be compliant and to service the clients with the highest integrity and accountability can be inspired by leaders who lead by example.

    Negative Outlook
