I have been working at TMEIC International Corporation full-time (more than an year)

Working conditions and atmoshpere is good and computer and IT systems are excellent. Software and most equpment is current and up to date.

Management systems and products are antiquated at best. Documentation is non-existance and job responsiblities are narrow and disfunctional as best. Engineering duties are single in nature and inventiveness and professional growth are stiffled. Little or no training offered nor encouraged. Experienced, older staff hesitant to pass on knowledge due to job insecurities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a serious look at your middle level management structure and technical documentation in all departments. Utlize your employees better. Too many single employees have all the knowledge and skills of a single product or system who will not pass the knowledge on to coworkers. "All your beans in the same pot"

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
