I worked at TMF Health Quality Institute full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Nothing. I really dont feel like writing any positive words since all I have is negative experience.

    Cons

Bad Management. Worst Managers. Poor structure almost zero direction from upper management. Higher Employee turnover rate because of worst micro managers who dont perform there job but just keeping track of emplyee clock in time. Remote option only avaliable to upper management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change your policy/structure/business model and hire good managers who can perfom and contribue to your company instead of allowing managers to telecommute and micro manage.
