    I worked at TOMORROW'S SOLUTIONS TODAY full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    It was good for a little while

    Cons

    Top they didn't last long. Once Andrew was gone the wrong people were trusted in the wrong management positions and they made too many bad decisions. The top level management apparently thought these people knew what it was they were doing and could enlarge the bottom line however when they drove out the real talent they didn't like more real talent followed them out the door eventually until there was simply not enough to continue on the contracts they had and the clients knew that. Poor moral and duty assignments so far outside the scope one was hired for that most just said FFFF it and lowered their performance until they were asked/told to leave. Even the true talent that stayed had their resumes on line just waiting to jump ship. ALL the nasty stuff started going down AFTER Andrew left and there was nobody there to put an end to what the lower site mangers had done in Silver Spring.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't replace real mangement talent with a pretender. And don't let gruff pretenders run anything without severe oversight. Either management inspires excellence through earning respect by actually knowing about real IT or they aren't worth keeping in place. Pretenders are always seen for what they are in this business. When you have managers who themselves never even attained a knowledge level of a paper newbie MCSE your only begging for failure.
