I worked at TRIRIGAPros
Small, up and coming IWMS software and professional services company. Opportunity to work as a professional services consultant. Very intelligent, committed colleagues.Cons
A real class system there. Almost all professional service consultants had only half cubes to work in. These were really a long counter separated by narrow partitions. When I interviewed and asked where I'd be working, the manager vaguely indicated an area of reasonably sized cube spaces.
Favoritism, inconsistently applied perks.
Expected to work nights, weekends, holidays.Advice to ManagementAdvice
