    Pros

    Pay, Benefits and Pension, Union

    Cons

Hours, Dealing with some nasty customers; however, as a whole MOST customers are great!

    Advice to Management

Waste of money changing to such CHEAP quality uniforms; we have so many BETTER old ones; some not even used. The pants for example are TAPPED instead of hemmed and if washed they bunch up or tape comes off!! Even cleaner says crap as cannot get tape off to hem them!!!! I know at least 3 people that would have made fantastic drivers who did not even get an opportunity to get past 1st interview. One even has long haul tractor trailer experience and used to own his own company so has all the customer service skills they could ask for and is Canadian speaking and educated, but did not make it past first interview!!!!! Have seen many new employees who dress like slobs (which was never allowed when I started) and have the worst attitudes and would like to know how they got hired instead of someone like him!
