Former Employee - Environmental Scientist in Toledo, OH

I worked at TTL Associates full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Downtown Toledo, Some great co-workers, company vehicles

    Cons

Horrible at respecting their employees, no upward movement, Old White Boys Club Management Style. Benefits are the worse I had in this industry!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Respect the people who make the money for the company. Don't make employees take furlough days when you buy your lunch and tobacco on company dime and drive brand new vehicles.
