    Pros

Discount on food, great employees and bosses. Flexible hours, though you don't get many.

    Cons

Always working short-staffed, getting sent home early all the time, and smelling like a burrito when you go home.

    Advice to Management

Stop working your employees to the bone. It's been too hard lately.
