I worked at Taco Bell full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Good Salary if you're experienced, decent benefits, 2 weeks paid vacation, and free meals. Get to meet a diverse set of people.

    Cons

50 hour minimum work week. You will be working more than 50 hours if you want to make all the customer metrics that corporate sets upon you. Constant staff turnover. Nothing you can do about that because most people quit because they find better paying jobs. Most regular employees start at minimum wage. Constantly filling in for call offs and people quitting. Upper management always on your rear about meeting metrics.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better pay for employees. This will alleviate the constant staff turnover and save money on training.
