  • If I could give it zero stars I would. I have never witnessed such an unprofessional and vulgar workplace. This company does not value it's employees nor do they offer raises.

I have been working at Taco Bell full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Close to home, easy job to learn and perform, flexible schedule, fast paced, always getting new menu items, new breakfast hours

    Cons

unprofessional, vulgar, lack of respect for employees, no raises, sexual harassment, favortism, sneaky cover-ups

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn how to talk and appreciate employees, get rid of favortism and bullying, learn to work your scheduled hours instead of leaving and forcing other management to clock you out at the scheduled time you were supposed to leave, learn how to fix situations with your employees when they come to you with an issue instead of just sweeping it under the rug, thia store has a lot of covering up going on and constant bullyingmanager/sexual harassment from an assistant manager that is getting reported to the gm with no success of having it ressolved, in my opinion they need a total upper management overhaul

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
