Former Employee - Assistant General Manager in Maple Grove, MN

I worked at Taco Bell full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Decent pay for Assistant Management. Should fall between 27,000-34,000 annually. Training is somewhat neglected, and instead you feel like a regular worker while training. In the end, the company will find a way to complete your training for Assistant Manager and you will be moved to your store. Entire training process takes about 6 weeks.

    Cons

There are many people who are not happy with their career, so just smile a lot and stay positive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Really take a look at the training program, and ensure your staff are being fully trained.
