Former Employee - Consultant in Albany, NY

I worked at Tailwind Associates full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

They are only good to you till you bring $'s and lots of $$'s for them..

    Cons

    Tailwind is a consulting firm:
    - They pay poorly in each of their consulting model.
    - They drag their feet to pay Corp-to-Corp.. You literally have to beg to get your hard earned money.
    - W2 employees are payed below the national average pay rate and would not get a pay raise if you are getting any sort of assistance on your Visa processing.
    - Upper Management doesn't know how to treat their employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Being a consulting firm your employees are your biggest assets! So, Please treat them as humans.
