    I worked at Taos full-time (more than an year)


    The benefits are competitive and they are paid promptly. The sales force is active but they don't always understand what the client's job requirements are.


    Their nepotistic management has no integrity. When I was hired, they tried to slip me a modified offer letter with one of the key benefits and the signing bonus removed. When I pointed this out, they put the bench time benefit back in but wouldn't restore the bonus. When the sales people aren't bringing in contracts at the rates they were before, they'll pretend that it's performance and let you go. The last client had rated my work excellent, but they lied and said the client feedback had been negative so they had to let me go.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop treating your employees like disposable commodities. Everyone can see through your lack of sincerity. Stop lying to your employees.
