I worked at Tapjoy full-time for more than a year

Great culture with a very good work/life balance. Good location in SF (off of Market St) and snacks in the kitchen. Relaxed environment with ping pong tables and a lounge area. You get to work with people who you will create lasting friendships with!

The company is great, but poor in choosing management.

There is a lack of management leadership training and experience causing top notch talent to leave company fast. Leaders and mentors are not inspiring and need to be more supportive. There is no sense of process causing teams to be unaware of what they are accounted for.

Collaboration is not promoted between or within teams. Leadership promotes projects without considering the collaboration of other teams which potentially causes animosity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leadership and management should be trained and evaluated for performance. Show employees how to earn merit and move up in their career - be transparent.
