I worked at Tara Therapy full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Decent caseload available. Okay facilities.

    Cons

They try to low ball you with the pay, this facility has the worst director of rehab and regional director. You have to work 40 hrs or use your PTO to meet your 40 hrs, even if the census is low. Pretty unethical company, at least at this facility. Very little employee appreciation. I have read some reviews on the other sites, such as indeed, and they are not true. They seem to have been written around the time that certain employees quit at this particular facility, but the funny thing is, I know these therapist personally and they hated working for this company, that's the reason they quit. So they would never give this company 4 or 5 stars. I think people that work in upper management wrote those reviews.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer a little more money and some employee incentives. Try hiring directors with management degrees or some formal training, not just hiring therapist to hold director positions because they have multiple years of experience. Experience does not make you a good director, and managing a department or facility is about managing the business as well as the people. Your director and regional director over this facility have very poor people management skills. Look for a high turnover of therapist real soon.
