I worked at Target Logistics full-time (more than an year)Pros
Live where you work- work where you live, You can bank roll some money without the worry of monthly bills,(as long as the company doesn't screw up your bi-weekly pay time and time again.Cons
Live where you work- work where you live. People in charge are clueless, spineless, and nothing is ever their fault. It's always the higher up managers making stupid decisions or corporate; never the camp managersAdvice to ManagementAdvice
In the time I have worked here, my pay has been messed up four different times. The food quality is horrid, and the living conditions,.. lets just say- we were forced to move to other accommodations but were not allowed to do the move on company time, we had to do it on our own time off.
AGM needs psych meds and talks about her personal life way too much. . She has forced seven different housekeepers to quit since I've been here; one of whom was the housekeeping supervisor, another the second day I worked here! They enforce rules and regulations at their convenience.
Managers use lying as a management tool when they make poor decisions that come back to haunt them. If you try to leave via applying for a transfer or a promotion at another camp, employees always get shot down,.. unless management doesn't like you then it's OFF-YA-GO!
My yearly review was suppose to happen recently, haven't herd a word on anything, but an employee who started a week after I did has already received theirs. If you get on management's bad side they hold a serious grudge and are controlling to the point of borderline illegal.
My overall experience has been utterly horrible, like Dane Cook said in the movie "Waiting", "MAN! I can't wait to quit this job!!!"Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEO
