    I have been working at Target full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Starting pay Is above minium wage. Target discount includes Grocery (unlike some other retail employers).

    Cons

    Upper management has unrealistic expectations of team members. Pay increases SUCK! (yearly review was .13 cents). hard workers get told to work harder, lazy workers get to walk around with management
