I have been working at Target full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Not hard work, very busy and safe once you made it past 90 days.

    Cons

Development is totally based on your STL, so if they don't like you, you won't advance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Seek more feedback from managers in the store.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
