    I worked at Target

    Pros

mentorship, detailed learning/development plans, direct contact with senior management, clear career progression, competitive benefits and compensation, new entrants complete an eight week business college course to ease into new position

    Cons

routine, not a 9-5 Monday through Friday - often have to work weekends nights and early morning according to the needs of the business

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Extreme potential within the company as well as leadership experience that can be taken elsewhere however the befits are not well represented younger applicants
