There has been major issues with the technology including under delivery and partner integration errors, as well as inventory problems due to the network size. Many of the larger issues are explained away as growing pains of a start up, but TargetSpot has surpassed the start up stage and should stop leaning on that. It wouldn't take more than committing and investing in fixing these problems to start to see some profitability. Unfortunately, that hasn't occurred yet.
The primary issue is management, starting with the top down. The CEO is out of touch with the staff and does not look to his staff for input, believing he knows all. His personality causes discomfort and inhibits the free flowing communication needed for a small company to grow. It's a common feeling in the small office that you would rather not have to have a conversation with Eyal unless its necessary. He even has a professional life coach/personality manager/ baby sitter hired by the board to try to corral his subpar Managment style.
The other management has their struggles as well, not challenging the CEO and encouraging his tyranny. They have promoted managers only with the company for weeks while denying promotions to those with the company for years. The higher level positions that they hired for gave them staff in management roles that don't suit them, whether its that they are out of touch with the business, inept at creating relationships, or can't perform basic motor functions.
There isn't much room for growth or promotions aside from the CEO cherry picking one, but fortunately the high turnover rate allows some employees to gain additional responsibility and experience they can use when they move on to the next job.Advice to ManagementAdvice
The board needs to replace the CEO and about 50% of the other management
