    I have been working at Tata Consultancy Services full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Stability, better salary hike than other competitors, good opportunities for deserving people. If lucky enough can get good technologies to work with and also onsite opportunities.

    Cons

    Internal politics for appraisal and onsite is very bad. Managers doesn't care about the employees. If anyone doesn't get what he/she deserve, no other option than quit and seriously they don't care for it. They have lots of employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Should improve appraisal process, there should be chance to prove if the employee is deserving like some exam, some hr interview or something like that. in case if an employee is not satisfied.
