I have been working at Tata Technologies full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

There are no pros to the company. Personally I like my job actually love what I am doing. But there are no benefits to working for Tata Technologies.

    Cons

VERY poor leadership. Poor communications. Plenty of info if you live in India. Poor pay and I have not had a raise in 6 years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wake up and smell the roses. The company front door has become a revolving door. As soon as you are discovered for how you really treat your employees they leave. Do you really think folks are leaving for a better opportunity... no they leave because the company is a terrible place to work. Good job comments mean nothing if they are not backed up with some reward. Tata believes in the philosophy that the beatings will continue until moral improves.
