    I worked at Td Bank Na part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Attainable sales goals compared to other retail banks. The culture is somewhat inclusive for a company of its size. Showing a little drive goes a long way. I was able to be promoted 3 positions while working for 2 years.

    Cons

    The bank is vastly different from region to region do to all the mergers; they all have different ways of doing things! Pay was marginal compared to other retail banks. Holidays were irritating. You get half of the regular holidays everyone else has off and you have to use your own PTO as vacation time or you're not paid for a full week.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You're a top rated bank and you always boast your profit YOY...give your employees a paid holiday or two, I promise it'll boost moral. Focus on streamlining processes between the acquired regions
