This is a company where you can have great benefits and compensation while working for an incredible cause. People are mission-driven and fun to work with.

While I was promoted many times at this company, it often felt like a popularity contest. Managers have very personal relationships with managees (often romantic) that interfere with work outcomes. Overall, fun place to work but since I have learn what professionalism looks like in the workplace.

    Advice to Management

Focus on the mission and promote those that show a record of success in their work.
