I have been working at Teach for America full-time (More than a year)

Teach for America allows you to directly address really challenging problems on a daily basis. Overall, people in TFA are very driven and work hard. Typically, they are also supportive.

TFA is completely unpredictable for Corps Members. You will be placed in a region, then a school that can either be great or terrible. Pay can go from 28k to 60k depending on region/luck. Hours are long and if you did not study education then you will not feel nearly prepared. The work is always hard and thankless.
