    Pros

Great place to work if you like to learn. If you learn and follow the sales process it can be very fun. Use to have high sales pressure, changed some with Starbucks turnover.

    Cons

High pressure to make sales goals

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend the time to teach your employees that want to learn and they will do well.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
