    Pros

Love Tea and People. Benefits are better now that we merged with Starbucks.

    Cons

Pay is low and sometimes to make goals sales associates are pushed into talking people into things that they do not want.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take the wonderful product and tea into the community and have tea parties and tasting so Americans can understand what high quality brings into ones life... Plus it taste great even for those people who do not typically like tea.
